I thought he did a great job of informing me of what had to be done to repair the garage doors. I would have liked more of a selection to choose from that you have in stock as my wife hates the ones I picked out but said she will have to live with it. They are standard 7x8 doors short panel that you have in stock and not the long or just plane flat would be better. If at the time of repair it would be possible to change the doors to something she would like better that would be great. Tim Flaherty

JP is experienced and knowledgeable . He did a good job . I felt over charged for the bearings as the bearings material cost should not be more than 50 usd…. And there is no additional labor required while replacing the spring Thanks to JP for taking off the service charge though. Overall I had a good experience .

Purchased new garage door opener to replace 2002 existing unit. Carl, technician, was very professional and knowledgeable about new installation. Do feel that total cost of $888.00 was excessive. Was tempted to purchase top of the line bell drive replacement at Home Depot and complete install myself. Asked if service call could be credited. Even paid additional $59.95 for 8 feet rail. Did include outdoor key pad for outside at no additional charge. Technician communicated all these charges, but definitely would check with Costco next time. Technician good at his job. Good representative of company.

Mike Rotermund fixed it this morning and garage door opener worked fine for first 2-3 times but then again it started not shutting down completely. It will be nice if you send Mike or any other technician to fix the problem for ever. This has been going on for last 2-3 years and we have spent several hundred dollars to get it fixed for good.
