Nov. 09, 2021; Today's Tech was Carl Richardson and he was GREAT! Carl was able to locate the issue quickly and explain our options for repair. His knowledge of the products and ability to present them in a way that was easy to comprehend made the decision to replace the drive vary easy. Carl proceeded to remove the broken drive and install a new one in record time. When finished, he walked us through the proper use and care of the new drive and even helped reprogram the car's remote. I am very pleased with Carl's work here today and would recommend him (as well as Nathan) and Precision to my neighbors and other acquaintances. Thankyou for your service.

I was interested in the possibility of purchasing a new garage door and having it professionally installed. The technician explained that the whole garage would need to be emptied out beneath the footprint of where the garage door would be, when opened. I use my garage as a woodworking shop. This would mean COMPLETELY dismantling most of my garage - just to install a fancier new garage door. As someone who has accomplished many much more complicated projects around my home - this made absolutely no sense to me. I will be very interested to find out if any of your competitors are as inflexible to install a new door. For example : Nobody has their house ripped apart - just to make it easier to move furniture through an existing doorway.
