Christopher arrived within the window. He completed the 25 point inspection and gave his thoughts and recommendations. Since my garage door was 13 years old, I inquired about installing a new garage opener with more secure options such as integrated wi-fi and wireless communication via an app. I ended up getting a new garage opener since he had the product on hand. Christopher reviewed the work order, answered all of our questions, helped pair the wireless keypad, explained how to connect the app, and removed the old unit. He was quick and efficient and left the garage as clean as when he arrived. I feel so much more secure thanks to Christopher.

Robert came right out, also kept me advised of the time he would be here. Was punctual. My garage door opener would not work. I thought it was the battery. He looked at the keypad and then got a ladder and noticed that the plug was loose. He plugged it in and everything worked. He tested and re-tested everything. I had a new roof put on the house (men were here picking up the extra product that they had not used) and it was the continuous pounding on the garage roof that had loosened the cord. I appreciated that Robert used his head and within minutes found and fixed the problem. He could have fiddled around with the keypad and changed a battery, etc., and I would never have been the wiser. Thank you, Robert.
