Justin Pinkerton called prior to the appointment time. He arrived at the time given to me on the phone. He observed how the door was functioning and determined the sensor was bad. I requested he replaces both door sensors just to be sure the other door wouldn't quit working. Justin completed the work on both doors in a reasonable amount of time. He answered all my questions and treated me with respect.
