Wow is all I have to say!!!!! If you are looking to install a brand new garage door do yourself a favor and give these guys a call! The entire process was extremely fast and we are very satisfied! The tech that came (Daniel) was very professional and completed the job even with a boat inside the garage. Will be recommending Precision to everyone and anyone I know that has any garage door issues. We got a bid for the new door on Wednesday and Friday afternoon the new door was installed!!!

We discovered that the bracket to the opener carriage had pulled loose from the door. Rebecca quickly scheduled a tech to come out. He was prompt, and replaced the bracket with what appears to be a much better design. We're very happy with the service

The technicians that arrived for repair were extremely professional, on time, knowledgeable, courteous, and practiced the most stringent safety measures due to the coronavirus while working in my garage. They wore face masks, gloves, never stood within six feet of me, and had me verbally dictate my credit card number to them for entry into their handheld POS device so that I wouldn't need to touch their device and they wouldn't need to touch my credit card. Over all five stars as they fixed my issue cost effectively. I will definitely work with Precision Door again.

Great job Craig! On time and fix the problem and 30 seconds. New construction garage door spring was just fine but dents into panels and supporting frames. Eyes were out of alignment but he fix them quickly. Will send estimate on cost to replace panels and supports. Thank you Craig!
