Very disappointed in my latest experience with your company. It took (2) weeks for the circuit board to arrive. Now JP said the part that arrived was the wrong part so now I will have to wait another week bringing the total turnaround to replace the circuit board and spring to (3) weeks??
As I have always been pleased with your company in the past and have not looked elsewhere, I am inclined to do so in the future now.
