Service is great as were all the customer service, warehouse, and technicians. Bryson Kahue came out and did our initial estimate, after spending some time working on a repair he told us an estimate for a repair and the cost of a new door. After weighing the pros and cons we went for a new door.Daniel Puckett then installed the door and noticed a dent in one of the panels. Jordan came out today, replaced the panel and installed a new opener.

Awesome experience with Precision. Our garage door wouldn't stay closed and I wasn't able to adjust it myself. I called Precision and they were very professional from the start. They arrived 2 days later and Justin the tech was awesome. He was friendly, knowledgeable and transparent. He took photos and showed me what was going on. He wasn't pushy or salesy in any way.
