Our technician, Ben, did a great job explaining what was going on with our garage doors and taking care of the situation. He is knowledgable and very friendly. I hope our doors won't need any assistance in the near future, but if/when they do, it's great to know we have a company, and a technician, that we trust can help us. Thank you!
