I was happy to be able to get someone out so quickly to evaluate and repair my garage door opener.
Robert was prompt, personable, and quickly identified the problem. He said the existing door, spring and tracks were fine and recommended a new motor.
He installed a smaller, quieter motor and track assembly, new wall switch and remotes. Very happy with the new opener!
He also briefed me on the problems and the expected lifetime of the parts of an automatic door opener - much appreciated.
