The spring on our garage door broke on a Wednesday evening, “at the worst time possible, “late evening!” My husbands truck was stuck inside the garage and my car was stuck outside in the driveway, “we couldn't budge the door manually it was SO heavy!” 😳
We called Precision and “they actually sent a tech out @ “8:00pm!” His name was Alexander and he totally “saved our bacon” 😁he was SO great, very friendly and very knowledgeable! 👍 Our garage door opener was a “dinosaur” so we decided to have Alexander install a brand new top end model for us and a new spring, and he got the job done in “record time”…he was amazing! 🤩 I will definitely request him again for future jobs for sure, and would recommend him to anyone!

I had accidently backed into my garage door when not fully up causing the bottom seal to pop out of position. I was very happy a technician was able to come out very quickly and replace the bottom seal. I was overdue for maintenance, and he performed the maintenance and showed me how and where I could keep up with biannual maintenance on the door hinges. DJ was very patient and explained everything. I was able to purchase another remote and DJ programed it for me. He had all parts on his truck and took extra efforts to make sure all was aligned and working well before he left.
