The tech Robert Mathews showed up Saturday afternoon on time and finished reinforcing damaged panels and installing new tracks and adding some stronger straps for securing tracks. Stayed pretty late to get it finished. Highly recommend Robert and Precision Door.

We’ve had two occasions to use Precision Door, one of which was today. Yesterday our garage door failed and would not open. I called early afternoon and was amazed to get an appointment today, the next day, at a time that was convenient for me. I was given a window of 2-4 pm for the techs arrival and at 1:30 pm the tech called and said he would be at our house promptly at 2. Beforehand I received a text message with a picture and the name of the tech which was a very appreciated security measure. Our tech, Ben, promptly diagnosed the problem, gave us options, and explained what he was doing and why all along the way. Gotta mention this was not an inexpensive repair but perhaps it was worth it for the excellent work that went into it. We really appreciated Ben and we wish him our best going forward.
