Carlo and team did a superb job of advising on the condition of our existing garage door opener motor, springs etc. We didn't realize our 10 year old motor was not adequate for the weight of our garage door, thus making alot of motor noise and vibration in the rest of the house. Replacing it with their private label product was such a good decision. It was a stronger MORE QUIET motor to handle the weight of our garage door. Plus we now have a battery back up for opening the door when the power goes out! Really good decision to call Precision Door. They were right on time and completed the entire job in less than 2 hours. Very professional, would highly recommend them!

Carl is knowledgable and easy to work with. The initial installation went fine, but the new opener began experiencing issues shortly after Carl left. He committed to returning at the end of the day and after troubleshooting, found that the new rail was binding up. He replaced both the rail and opener and thoroughly tested the system to our satisfaction.

Ben did an awesome job when noone else wanted to take it. It was an old door with no longer available parts and very little room between the spring and yh ceiling. Somehow he made space and now my door opens again. I hope I don't have any door issues in the near future, but if I do I'll be sure to call him.
