I really appreciated the email confirming the appointment and was especially impressed by the follow-up email identifying who the serviceman would be — with a picture., no less. And then his call 8 minutes out was the icing on the cake. I have never been so impressed with a company’s customer service. You all were terrific in every respect. Thank you. Complete work order installing strip above door on right (facing) garage doors. Dan does perfect work in an extremely timely manner. He is always on time for appts. We feel he is a very strong candidate for Regional Manager.

When Dan opened the package to the strip that goes above one of the garage doors, he discovered the strip was broken and not installable. Please have the strip provided to complete the job. We’re having family over for New Year’s and we wanted to “show off” Precision’s work (2nd time we have had garage door installation by Precision, the other in NC). Dan did a great job and worked very diligently. He should be promoted to at least Regional Manager.🎅🏻🎅🏻

Ronnie was very professional and courteous. My problem was with the operation of the remote keys. The door would not open or close when using the remote from various locations outside the garage. I recommend that Precision Door advise their customers not to use LED lights in the openers as that appears to be the problem that I had. When I replaced the lights with the normal translucent lights, the door works fine.

Couldn't ask for better service experience. Nate was quick, thorough, and very friendly. He explained our problem -- broken springs -- and outlined our options for replacement. Once we had decided, he removed the old springs and installed the new ones in short order, testing them several times to make sure the door worked properly. He certainly left the garage door in much better shape than he found it.
