Our tech was very knowledgeable and was educational gave us good advise and an estimate to save for a home maintenance of replacing the opener as this one is pretty old. He got us back up and working again fast and we really appreciate the quickness that the team did to get someone out to us and the door working again so we could get cars out of the garage. Our technician was rude and I will not go back to receive services again. When payment was due, he knocked on the inner door and asked my sister, “so I guess you’re the one that’s paying me”. Which she was not. I am the home owner but was in a state meeting. I gave my mother my card to pay. I would encourage better customer service from your technicians. I will not be recommending to other home owners in my area and will give a poor rating.
