It was a pleasure to meet Mike today. He was very professional and friendly at the same time. I trusted his expertise, unlike a fellow from another company that I recently dealt with. I am glad that I called Precision instead. My husband and I are very happy with his work. He explained to my husband that a strut was needed on our door. This is at least my third time using Precision door service. They are responsive, often giving same-day service, they show up on time and have personable and knowledgeable employees. Mike has been in the business for many years and it showed. It took him five minutes to diagnose the problem and another 15 minutes to fix. Five stars based on this and past visits.

Antonio Maes did a great job assessing what was needed to repair my door and explaining my options. He then proceeded to make the repairs. He completed the work and now the door works perfectly. I’m very satisfied with his work. The cost of the parts and Antonio’s labor seems fair and I have no complaints.

Precision set up an estimate and put us on the schedule within a week. JP Felix kept us up to date on his arrival, and was right on time. He was very professional and we appreciated his quick installation and clean up along with removal of the old openers. We were so happy with the new openers, that even tho our older noisy one was working we decided to have JP return and replace it with the same. Extremely quiet, another great feature.
