Wesley Campbell provided great customer service with calling to announce arrival time, including a picture, of course his car covered with the Precision logo would have been a good clue... Quickly measured and offered various alternatives. Precision came highly recommended by a known contractor, so ordered the door on the spot. But let's face it, most companies do a great job selling their products, the install in a couple weeks (needed a customed order door) will be the review worth reading.

Great service! It turned out there was faulty wiring on the actual door opener that had been placed NOT BY Precision. The Precision Door technician - Chris Tiffany was prompt, very polite and professional. He discovered and fixed the issue. He had a trainee with him, who was just as personable and polite. Lucky trainee to be learning from Chris T.
