We had one garage door serviced at this time. Service was excellent Mike explained everything of different aspects of what could be wrong, Mike did a through exam and found the pulleys were bad, he replaced the 2 pulleys and lubed, made sure that all parts were in working order and then also gave me a quote for future garage door openers for both garage doors. I will definitely have Precision Garage Door Service return to service other door when ready. I will recommend Precision to my friends. Thank you for excellent service.

Bryson is awesome. Our garage door was stuck in the open position so we had a big safety concern. Bryson drove over an hour to get to us & fix the garage door. He was very understanding and got our garage door unstuck & working properly in about 10 minutes.
We are so thankful that he turned an awful situation into a Resolved and relaxing one.

I had 2 remote control that didn't work even though I took them to Battteries & Bulbs. When they didn't work I took them back to them and said, maybe you put the wrong batteries in this time. But they said they were the right ones. I called Precision garage doors this morning and one of you technician came out within a couple hours and solved the problem. He was very efficient, polite and knowlegable.
Very nice young man, and you are fortunate to have such a nice person working for you.

The response time was very fast and the technician was very professional in assessing my need. Not thrilled with the delivery time of the door, 3 to 4 weeks, and I had to pay extra to receive it that fast. Would have been 3 to 4 months otherwise. Also,took awhile to get thru on the phone. Ultimately am very pleased with the service and would recommend your company.
