We had a appointment between 2&4 pm. JP called at 2pm and was there 5 minutes later. JP looked at my garage door and explained all my options. I appreciated all his knowledge. I would recommend the company just because of JP. Thanks Precision!

This time was fine; however, it was the fourth visit by a Precision technician. The first employee who came out to give us two working garage door remote controls also installed two lightbulbs in our garage door opener, at my request. I had LED lightbulbs available, so that's what I handed him. He never mentioned that LED lightbulbs can cause signal interference with the remotes; I feel like that's something he should have known and mentioned to me at that time. I would have gotten standard lightbulbs to install instead. It was not until today, the fourth visit by an employee of Precision, that I found this out; he removed the LED lightbulbs and now our garage door and our remotes work, consistently. But I really feel like the first visit should have accomplished what the fourth visit finally did.

Our tech Ronald was friendly and courteous. Originally we called due to a busted tension doing. Upon examining the situation he presented us with three different options after noticing that on addition to the busted spring the rollers on our door were wearing and we’re just cheap plastic. The three options were a wide range. Once the option was selected he got to work and was done quickly at replace. He did a wonderful job and we will definitely use Persian again.
