Ronnie, the technician arrived on time, was friendly, and was very professional. He did an excellent job listening to our explanation for reason for the service call, and then assessed the operation of the garage doors. He explained the adjustments he was going to make and then completed the work in a short period of time. He reviewed the door operation with us afterwards.
