Mike arrived promptly with a company truck fully equipped with all the necessary repair parts. Cable had to be replaced and the new cable had to be cut to size. Learned a lot from him about how a fully adjusted door should operate. Very knowledgeable and experienced. I will hire them again. I have chosen Precision because I had a very bad experience with a fly-by-night outfit who they sent a contract technician (Middle Eastern accent) that isn’t capable and fully equipped.

Ron got here towards the beginning of our 2 our arrival time window and communicated very well to let us know what needed to happen for a full repair. He was friendly and was able to fix our door and have it back up and running in under an hour. Very pleased with Ron and the quickness that Precision had a tech out to help us.
