We lived with our broken garage door opener for 2 - 3 years before we moved. Once we got close to putting the house on the market we had no choice but to get the door fixed. We called Precision on a Friday afternoon and they arrived on Monday afternoon. Justin was extremely nice and very professional. He had the problem diagnosed and fixed within an hour! Wish we'd called a couple years ago!

Tech was great, but disappointed that techs apparently are not provided with batteries for the remotes. I therefore had to pay $132.00 for a service call to be told I had a dead battery in one of the remotes, and then had to make a separate trip to the store to buy a new battery. Seems like you could at least provide replacement batteries for $132.00?

Door was working better after last week's repair but still intermittently did the same thing, where the door would come partway down then go back up even though nothing obvious was in the way of closure. Daniel was very thorough today and discovered that the wire to the safety sensors was loose in it's fixture. He also worked on the tension of the spring, as well as the closure both at the bottom and the top of the door. So far so good.
