Ben arrived promptly, inspected our door and then carefully reviewed all our options. He was very thorough and patiently answered all our questions. Ultimately we decided to have him do some simple repairs and maintenance. We will replace the door eventually and will definitely use Precision. Mike was on time and both called and texted to let us know when he would arrive. he assessed our broken spring and gave us our options for repair. it took him less than a half hour to get the new spring in and do all the adjustments. JP is experienced and knowledgeable . He did a good job . I felt over charged for the bearings as the bearings material cost should not be more than 50 usd…. And there is no additional labor required while replacing the spring Thanks to JP for taking off the service charge though. Overall I had a good experience .
