I don't know what to think so far. Your scheduling person told me that the repairman would have everything necessary to do the repair on his truck and when he got here he told me that they don't carry replacement parts on their trucks. I had given the scheduler the make, model number, brand name and even the horse power so that the repairman could do the repair when he got here. Not just to come out to get all of the same info that I already provided. Other than that Mike was a pleasant guy to deal with.

I had my single door replaced and was quite pleased with it. The installer suggested that I have a technician check the operation of the existing double door as it was making a lot of noise. Nate came out and listened and watched the operation of the door. He diagnosed the problem as unlubricated hinges and told me how to fix them. He also tested the springs and said they were working properly. He told me I didn't need an overhaul yet, but he gave me an estimate of the cost. I am quite pleased with the personnel at Precision Door. I also want to give a complement to Kat, who helped me pick out the single door. She has samples of different doors with her and guided me to one that matched my existing door.

The spring had broken on my door and was in need of replacement. Nathan was the tech I was in contact with. He was friendly, professional, and efficient. I was advised to upgrade from the all-in-one style of door spring to a more standardized system that could be serviced on a part needed basis in the future. I was given two quotes, one of which was more expensive and included a lifetime warranty. Nathan didn't pressure me into spending more than I needed. He actually recommended the cheaper of the two options after I had explained how often the door is used. I made my choice and he was back out the following week. The job took about an hour and now everything works great! Nathan even fixed an issue with one of the rollers rubbing against the track.

Nathan was friendly, professional, and very efficient. My door used an all-in-one style spring system that had failed. I was advised to upgrade from that to a more standardized spring system. I was offered two separate quotes, one had a lifetime warranty attached, and wasn't pressured to spend more money than I needed. Job was done the following week and everything is now working great.

We were disappointed. We simply needed rails reinstalled with the possible addition of motors. We understood upon scheduling that the truck would be well-equipped for basic services but when the consultant arrived, he didn’t have what he needed to reinstall the rails, he didn’t have what he needed to install motors - he was, literally, unable to assist whatsoever. Understanding that exceptions occur, I wrote the company explaining our disappointment. Upon receiving no reply, I chose to offer this candid reflection. This experience was not in keeping with the high recommendation of personal friends through GSBA. Surprised, disappointed and $80 poorer.
