Awesome install of both our garage doors (7 yrs ago). Needed a quick service to adjust the door after a power outage. They took my call at 5:15am on a Sunday, made an Appt for Monday, then called and said they could do it Sunday afternoon and came out and made the adjustment for free! Nate was a great technician, friendly and professional, and quickly repaired the problem (a roller had jumped the track). Mike R. Was awesome! Came out on time (called and let me know he was on his way) I had 2 garage doors that needed new seals and I needed him to check out the doors as they are original to the house (wood) to tell me if they needed to be replaced. He not only assured me things are looking good, he also greased up the hinges and made sure everything was sealed up nicely! (No mice getting into this garage anymore!) Great guy, great service, very friendly and VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE! Thanks Mike for ending my day on positive note!

Matt the Technician diagnosed an issue with our safety sensors that kept the door from closing. He showed us a temporary solution to secure the garage and ordered the failing parts. He installed those parts today, found a broken wire, and mounted the sensors more securely. Matt did an excellent job. We are very pleased with Matt and the service we received. Eric

Great results! My garage door was original and had lasted 24 years. Mike diagnosed springs still in good shape - problem was motor. He advised the type to purchase at Home Depot. Not to go too fancy- just what a tech challenged person needed. He installed the new system and added the material at bottom to keep out light and critters. He cleaned up after the job was complete. I appreciated his recommendations and servicing. He noted my door in good shape - however new bearings and motor and lubricant where needed and the new one works great! Pleased customer. Thank you.
