The price was almost 2 times as the competitor and did not feel reasonable to go with you guys. Tech guy was average in customer service. I own a small business myself and I think customer service is really important. It would be better if they had a friendlier attitude or willingness to help or showed the confidence to get this done.. from my perspective he showed none of those..

Installer did not connect auto door closet because he said it did not come with this. He gave me when left a plastic electrical piece that he did not know what it was for.
