Precision's team itself did a fantastic job with installation, and specifically Kat the rep was great with communication and making the whole experience go as smooth as possible. This is my second time using Precision for garages, the first time was for a fix and this time was for 2 custom garage doors. The doors themselves are really quite perfect now that I have them installed. The only issue I had with the whole process was with their manufacturer (CHI). I was originally quoted and told it would take up to 12 weeks for me to get the doors by precision, but it ended up taking the manufacturer almost 9 months to get my garages built correctly and delivered to precisions team for install. I understand there are major production delays and materials shortages throughout the world and many different industries right now, so I'm really trying not to hold it against anyone or any company. The bottom line is, if you are planning to get custom garages from anywhere just be prepared to wait a good long while. At the end of the day I recommend precision, and would work with them again.

Austin arrived ahead of schedule (after calling first to make sure that was okay), inspected everything, and diagnosed the problem (spring needed adjustment so it would stop binding) and recommended a general tune-up as well (lubricating everything). He got it done in 20-30 minutes and the door is opening and closing again as it should. The price was $160+tax which seems reasonable. No complaints!

Jeff was here right as scheduled this morning. Very thorough installation. Walking through the procedure at the end of installation was a bit confusing on my part. He was quite speedy with his instructions and at 78 - my age - a bit fast. I did ask allot of questions but he mentioned he was just the installer. He left door model/motor book but didn't know if there was info in there if I had questions . Said he'd never read it. Only installer. I had him walk through info second time. Hope I understood everything. Yikes. Think he was suppose to wear mask when customer around but didn't see one. I wore mine when going over instructions. Don't get me wrong he did great job. He had used one of my extension cords I had in garage and it was run from motor to back wall outlet. He said I'd have to hire an electrician to install outlet by motor. Ok. Please thank him for good installation. It looks beautiful and enhances my home. Mrs sandy Scollard
